We realize that online purchases are governed by their own rules. It is not possible to try on or touch clothes. Therefore, each product purchased from us can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt date.

Refund/exchange conditions:

We accept goods bought only in our store (receipt or invoice must be accompanied).

Goods should be returned to the address of the company:

The money for the returned goods will be transferred only in the form of a bank transfer to the account specified by the customer making the return.

Packages are sent via courier DPD or by paczkomaty Inpost.

Delivery costs

Prepaid bank transfer 11 złotych

Cash on delivery 16 złotych

Goods are shipped on weekdays within 24 hours of placing an order via courier DPD. In the case of transfer payment, the package will be sent after receiving the money on our account.

Each product is packed in a cardboard box or envelope foil. Receipt (or invoice VAT on request) included with all sent goods. You will be informed by e-mail about progress in the implementation of the order.

Shipping abroad

We will ship all our goods to most countries around the world after earlier payment.

Accepted forms of payment: Paypal or bank transfer to our account.

Dispatch outside the Polish border is possible.
